Inner jacket zips out and sleeves zip off to create Class 2 thermal vest. Features 2 ANSI-compliant reflective stripes for nighttime visibility. Other features include inset hood with drawstring and stoppers, two external front pockets with snap flaps, cell phone chest poacket and dual mic tabs for clipping radios.
